| | I did a 60 min workout today. It felt so good. I've gone up to running 6 min at a time and walking 1 min. I don't know if this has helped my speed any, but my endurance sure has improved. |

| | Today I did two workouts. This morning I ran for 30 min, and tonight I ran for 35 min. I'm suppose to run two more times tomarrow for 35 min each time, but by the end of my run tonight my shin splints were killing me so I think I'll take tomarrow off. |

| | I'm not much of a blogger, and I won't go into a lot of detail. This entry is for my first two legs of the wasatchback relay. It was alot of fun and I had a great team. My first leg (6.7 miles) I felt really good, and I beleive I came in faster that my predicted time. My second leg (3 miles) I felt a little more sluggish, but I was still feeling pretty good, and felt good about my time. |

| | My last leg of the Wasatchback relay was tough. I started out with a side ach, and it just wouldn't go away. I had only gotten about an hour and a half of sleep, if that much, and my legs just were refusing to move. Finally in the last half mile my side strated feeling better and I was able to finish pretty good. Up till then our team was running about 20 min ahead of what we predicted, but I'm afraid I slowed us way down. Sorry guys. The team did come in at about the time that our pace calculater said we should. I'm really greatful that I was able to be a part of this team. I had a lot of fun. |

| | This is a recovery week. I did run some, but most of my workout was walking. I will get back to my regular tainging next week. |

| | My legs and lungs felt really good today. I did a 90 min workout with a 8-10 min warmup. |

| | It felt good to get out this morning. I got stopped by a train for a few minutes. It was a little difficult to get going again after that, but I kept going and was soon back on track. |

| | After running, then boating, and then martialarts class yesterday I'm surprized I was even able to move today. However, once I got moving it wasn't to bad. |
